general terms

Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat and readable references.
No walls of text! Lists are preferred, it's easier to organize.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow the rules, I hold the right to decline your commission.

payment

All commissions must be payed in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD (US Dollars)Payment will be through my Paypal link, which will be provided if asked.*

*Only commissioners will get access if asked. You will not get my paypal link if you aren't interested in commissioning.

process

A work in progress image will be provided if the commissioner personally asks for it
AND if the final price exceeds $30.WIP's will also be provided if I, the artist, are unsure or wonder something about the commission.I do not work in order ! I draw what I feel like drawing first. If your commission hasn't been completed after 2 weeks, feel free to start bugging me about it.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 month depending on many factors such as;
Health, complexity, Work, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

customer satisfaction

I will do whatever I can to make my customers happy.However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.Make sure to be clear in your commission for what you want.

copyright / usage policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing– not the commissioner.This means that I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
promote myself,
display it anywhere to my liking,
or to post it wherever I want.-The commissioner is allowed to;
use the copyrighted artwork for personal uses only (personal galleries and such),
print the art, claim the right of their characters(s) but not the artwork/drawing itself,
or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.-UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO THE CLIENT / COMMISSIONER HAVE THE RIGHT TO MINT MY COMMISSIONS FOR NFT.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

cancelling / refund policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.If the payment has already been recieved, under no circumstance are you allowed to cancel or demand a refund from the artist.If the money has not yet been sent, however, the commissioner is allowed to cancel their commission.
